If you’re seeing only two articles in the Help Center, don’t worry—this is expected.

Most Help Center content is available only to users who are logged into the BusinessMind app. This ensures that support information is shown only to authorized users and that you see content tailored to your version of the software.

When you access the Help Center without logging in, you will only see:

  1. How to Reset Your Password – so you can get back into your account.

  2. Why You Can Only See Two Articles – this article.

How to access the full Help Center

  1. Log in to BusinessMind at my.businessmind.app

  2. Click the “i” icon in the upper-right corner

  3. You will now see the full list of available articles
